At Mx Food Products and across all our brands, we are fully committed to upholding the highest Halal standards. All of our meat and poultry are prepared and slaughtered strictly in accordance with Islamic law. We ensure that every animal is healthy and alive at the time of slaughter, and the process is carried out by a trained Muslim professional under strict animal welfare guidelines. A single, swift cut is made with a sharp knife to minimise suffering, and the name of Allah is recited before and during the slaughter in accordance with the Tasmiya. We also ensure that all flowing blood is completely drained from the carcass. Our process reflects our dedication to quality, integrity, and faith in every product we offer.
All our frozen items have a best-before date printed on the packaging — usually between 6–12 months when stored at -18°C or below. Once defrosted, please consume within 24 hours.

Sometimes an item becomes unavailable at the time of dispatch due to stock updates at our warehouse. When this happens, the item is automatically refunded. The amount should be returned to your account within 2–3 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
