Our Halal Policy?

At MX Food Products, our meat and poultry are prepared according to Islamic halal standards. The animal is healthy and alive before slaughter. A trained Muslim carries out the process using a sharp knife to ensure minimal suffering, while reciting the name of Allah. All blood is completely drained.

I haven't received my order yet?

In case you didn't received yet, we sincerely apologize. Most often, this happens because the item was out of stock. Refunds are automatically processed and should reach you within 2-3 business days.

Our Delivery Standards?

Our frozen products need next-day delivery, so we dispatch them only from Monday to Thursday. This means your order will arrive the following day, between Tuesday and Friday.

Are the products always fresh?

Yes, all products are frozen and delivered fresh to maintain quality.

Are there any delivery charges?

Yes. For orders under £50, standard delivery charges of £5.99 apply. For orders over £50, you can use a discount code to get 20% off.
